About Us

Mission: Inspire Her Growth was created to mentor and inspire girls and women as they grow into the amazing women they can become. Through faith, self-development, loving themselves, and achieving their goals. Inspire Her Growth promotes sisterhood, mental and emotional well-being, spiritual growth, and faith. At Inspire Her Growth, we empower women to realize their worth, pursue their goals, overcome obstacles, and persevere through life's storms. Despite the background of all women, we believe that greatness lives in them all. I teach young girls and women to embrace their authentic selves and become the phenomenal women God intended for them to be.

Vision: Our vision for Inspire Her Growth is to plant the seeds of her goals, beauty, and self-development and help her flourish into the beautiful flower she is. Inspire Her Growth strongly believes in inspiring all girls to be leaders, confident, strong, and 100% true to themselves. Inspire Her Growth aims to provide our girls with the structure and support they need to navigate through life to pursue their dreams. We do this by recognizing their unique goals and creating a road map to help them achieve them—for example, college, business, internship, mentoring, or just building their confidence. No matter what it is, we're there to help. Through this structured program, focused support, and inspiring connections, we help girls acknowledge their strengths and power to be themselves, allowing them to create freely and define their success/career path.

We envision living in a world where all women know their worth and purpose and believe that despite any obstacles, they can achieve their goals. We desire to reach girls all over the world to achieve this mission. Making leaders of tomorrow to bring change to the world.

About the Founder

Ameri Reese greatly desires to impact the lives of those around her. Though fear once held her back, she now walks confidently, knowing she has been called to do great work. She aims to inspire and empower others to find the beauty within themselves and their purpose and overcome their challenges. Ameri is passionate about personal growth, believing we must constantly seek to enhance and enrich ourselves. She has pursued higher education, earning multiple degrees, and is pursuing her Master's in Social Work. Ameri has empowered countless women and youth girls through her organization, Inspire Her Growth. She credits her success to her faith in God. The main goal of this organization is to inspire girls and women to become amazing individuals by focusing on self-development, healing, self-love, and faith. Her mission is to help young girls and women achieve their dreams and goals while being true to themselves. She firmly believes that everyone has the potential to become the phenomenal woman that God intended them to be. Ameri has created an environment where women can grow together in a safe space to be themselves and walk in their purpose. A journey of self-discovery in her early 20s transformed Ameri's life, allowing her to find her purpose, love herself, and find peace. Her willingness to let go of fear and trust in her faith has led her to where she is today. Ameri has become who she is today through the support of her husband, family, and friends. Peace is something that Ameri values deeply and believes everyone deserves. She encourages individuals to search for and discover their own inner peace, just as she did through her journey of self-discovery. She believes this can be achieved through personal growth and faith and that finding true peace in one's life is worth the effort.
